Meet the Doctor
Dr. Gladdis Thomas
Dr. Gladdis Thomas completed her undergraduate schooling at The Ohio State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology. She furthered her education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry degree from the Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio. She has been practicing and caring for her patients since 2014. Dr. Thomas is a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society – with a lifetime commitment to leadership and service in the community. She is also a Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society member. When not seeing patients, Dr. Thomas enjoys hiking, gardening, houseplants, crafting, and reading.

Recently made an impromptu stop at Eyes of New Braunfels located outside of the new Costco location, and was so glad I did. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Dr. Thomas and her staff and was able to get an appointment that same day. During my exam, Dr. Thomas took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. I especially appreciated that I never felt rushed and felt like my concerns were genuinely heard and addressed. I appreciate how attentive Dr. Thomas and her staff were, and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality eye care.
